The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a Change Navigator to join our team!
What are my responsibilities?
As a Change Navigator, you will be at the forefront of supporting our transformation efforts across the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. You will work closely with leadership from various departments to drive engagement and ensure high standards of excellence. You will identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Additionally, your role will include administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, tracking progress, preparing reports, and maintaining proper documentation.
In this role, you will also be involved in guest relations, ensuring that the guest experience aligns with the hotel’s standards. You will assist in addressing guest feedback and concerns, collaborating with departments to resolve issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests. Your proactive approach to improving both internal processes and guest satisfaction will play a key role in the hotel’s ongoing success.
Furthermore, as a community-oriented individual, you will play a crucial role in building connections within the team, engaging with local initiatives, and fostering a sense of belonging and support both within the hotel and in the broader community.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have a strong interest in organizational development.
You are proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a talent for solving problems and managing projects.
You are adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working across various teams.
You have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Native Dutch proficiency and excellent English skills are required for this role.

The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms, and a new conference center will be added.
